.COM it for businesses....if you can
We all know that .com is the preferable domain extension. It might be harder to find the right domain name with a .com, but many people consider it well worth it. .net, .biz, and so forth might be easier to find the right domain though. You do run the risk of being confused with the .com verison of the words you choose if you go with one of these alternative solutions.

Non-Profits Should use .ORG
